About Academic Bank of Credits

"Academic Bank of Credits" means an academic service mechanism as a digital/virtual/online entity established by University Grants Commission to facilitate students to become its academic accounts holder, thereby paving the way for seamless students’ mobility between or within degree-granting HEIs through a formal system of credit recognition, credit accumulation, credit transfer and credit redemption to promote distributed and flexible teaching learning.

All students of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) to be a part of the Academic Bank of Credits by creating your ABC ID

  • Login to your Digilocker account. If you don’t have an account create through this link https://www.yenepoya.edu.in/nad-digilocker
  • Search for ABC.
  • Click on ABC ID Card.
  • Enter all the details and select “University” as the institution type.
  • Select “Yenepoya” as the institution name.
  • Click on Get Document.
  • A unique ABC ID Will be created. Note down the ABC ID.
     

What is next after creating ABC ID?
Once your ABC ID is created, you should update the university about your ABC
ID. Click on this ABC ID update Form. Carefully fill up all the
required information and submit it to us. You must use your official email
account (CampusID@Yenepoya.edu.in) to update the above Google form.

How do I know if my ABC ID is recorded with the university accurately?
Log in to the student portal

Under basic information, you will see your ABC ID. If it’s present, you have
updated the information correctly. (It would take about a week time to update
the ABC ID in the student portal)

The ABC ID is unique, and you will use the same ABC ID in your future
studies/Institutions too.
