Vaishnavi N, Junior Research Fellow at the Department of Public Health under guideship of Dr Edmond Fernandes, Chief Coordinator and Assistant Professor won the Best Oral Presentation Award at the National Conference on “Future of Food: Harnessing Life Sciences and Food Technology for Sustainable Nutrition” organised by Department of Food Science, School of Life Sciences, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru.
