The Yenepoya Centre for Allied & Healthcare Education (Yen-CAHE), in collaboration with the Advanced Comprehensive Clinical Training and Simulation Centre (ACTS-YEN), is organizing a Hands-on Workshop on "OSCE Essentials - Understanding the Science of Clinical Assessment" on 11th July 2026 at the EMD Auditorium, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University).
The workshop is designed to provide faculty members and healthcare educators with practical insights into the principles, design, implementation, and assessment strategies of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). Through interactive sessions, live demonstrations, group activities, and hands-on station development, participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to develop valid, reliable, and competency-based clinical assessments.
The programme will be facilitated by Dr. Meghna Mukund, MD, Coordinator, ACTS- YEN and Professor of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine, and Dr. Vinayak B. Nayak, MD, Assistant Professor, Department of Anaesthesiology, Yenepoya Medical College Hospital.
