YEN-REFINED, YIASCM, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) Receives Recognition at the AIMS International Conference on Management 2025

Shillong, December 3, 2025 - The 23rd AIMS International Conference on Management, jointly hosted with the Indian Institute of Management Shillong, marked a proud moment for Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) as faculty from YEN-REFINED - Yenepoya Research Centre for Finance and Entrepreneurship Development - were honoured for their academic contributions and research excellence. Prof. Niyaz Panakaje, Coordinator of YEN-REFINED & MBA, YIASCM was presented with the AIMS International Outstanding Young Management Researcher Award (2025). The award recognizes sustained scholarly contributions, publication quality, and engagement in advancing management research.

In a parallel acknowledgement, Dr. S. M. Riha Parvin, Assistant Professor, YEN- REFINED, received the AIMS International Outstanding Young Women Management Researcher Award (2025) for her contributions to emerging research domains and her involvement in strengthening research practices within the academic community.
