Main research work focuses on nonparametric regression. Worked on modeling discontinuous phenomenon. In the field of Nonparametric Regression contribution has been made on detecting discontinuities in regression function, estimation of jump size and testing for discontinuities. Developed improved methods for estimation and testing Change points in regression curves and surfaces. Developed models and methods that improved accuracy in forecasting financial time series. Developed Hybrid Predictive models.
