Department of Public Health holds Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Raising Session

The Department of Public Health, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, conducted an awareness session on Antimicrobial Resistance on 4 th December 2025 at the Mudipu Campus for the Allied healthcare students. The program was led by Ms Yumnam Sheily Devi, Assistant Professor, Department of Public Health and supported by MPH scholars. The program highlighted the growing threat of AMR and encouraged students to promote responsible antibiotic use at the individual and household levels.
